We are all made of energy. Our mind controls every cell inside of our body and all of our cells are made of little balls of energy. Energy is constantly moving and so are you...
We each have the ability to control the cells inside of our body (our energy) by controlling our thoughts. So, when you are feeling good, or thinking on positive thoughts, you will be sending messages to your body and will start to feel good energy. And because we are all made up of energy, other people will also feel your goodness shining through. :)
Just like when you throw a pebble into the ocean it causes a ripple effect, so your thoughts affect all of the cells in your body. And your energy will send ripple effects out into the world and others will be able to feel that goodness you are sending out!
So, keep thinking big, and dreaming big, and pretty soon, the ripple effects will cause a wave of love that nobody will be able to hide from. #Keepthinkingpositive

Justin Bieber Fever!
I just talked to @JustinAirForce on Twitter and it was such a fun conversation! I just look at you guys with so much love and I adore how intelligent you are! You have no idea what potential you hold at the touch of your fingertips... YOU CAN CHANGE THE WORLD!!!! It's really simple... all you need to do is BELIEVE!
@JustinAirForce just caused a positive ripple effect in the world and didn't even realize she was doing that. YOU have the power to BE the CHANGE you wish to see in the world by simply being YOU. YOU are unique and there is nobody who can replace you where you are right NOW. Its YOU this world needs and nobody else can be YOU. Thank you @JustinAirForce for your kindness. :-D
You see, everyone in the world added all together can be viewed as one big ocean. When we think, we cause ripple effects in the ocean that will cause waves of positivity or negativity. Your thoughts will shape the waves you ride on and your thoughts will determine if you sink or swim. I want you to float so I'm going to try and help you as much as I can! :-D
